At ATOZESTAYS, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for all bookings. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are processed.
Booking Confirmation
All farmhouse stays and event bookings are confirmed only after advance payment. Once the booking is confirmed, the property will be reserved exclusively for the customer for the selected date and time.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations and Reschedule will be initiated once the booking in confirmed from the customer’s end.
Refund Eligibility
We dont have any Refund Policies once the bookings get initiated. Followed as per the Policy Point 2 from the above.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, early check-outs, or failure to use the booked services. Event bookings are generally non-refundable due to venue blocking.
5. Force Majeure
ATOZESTAYS shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
